In this class at Eataly, each Shaka member will learn how to make cannoli shells and filling from scratch. While they're at it, they'll be enjoying an accompanying wine pairing and munching on salumi and fromaggi.

About the Event

  • If you have any interest, a group of us will be meeting early ahead of the event for coffee at Think Coffee on 22nd St & 3rd Ave at 11:30 AM! Please let us know you'll be meeting us there ahead of time by grabbing a free coffee ticket. We'll then depart Think around 12:40 to head over to Eataly.
  • Class will be led by one of the chefs at Eataly's cooking school
  • This is not an entirely private class for Shaka members but will be largely occupied by Shaka. We will be able to be together as a group during the class!
  • Please bring proof of vaccination and ID
